Here are my questions and answers...
What is the working title of your book?
To Be Determined. I usually don't work with titles in mind unless I've planned out a series.
Where did the idea come from for the book?
I saw a great picture that'd be perfect for cover art, and knew the guy had to be my hero. So I built him a backstory, which happened to include a romantic interest...and a best friend who had betrayed him.
What genre does your book fall under?
Science fiction/erotic romance
Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie?
My hero would most likely be played by the guy who played Thor. His romantic interest would be played by Claudia Black. Yes, I know there's an age difference.
What is a one sentence synopsis of your book?
A reality show makes them rivals even as their passion draws them together. When he discovers her past, will it pull them apart?
Will your book be self published or represented by an agency?
My book already has interest from an epublisher.
How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript?
It will most likely take me about a month to finish the draft.
What other books would you compare this story to within your genre.
I probably wouldn't compare it to anything out there, just because I'm not really that kind of writer. I'm sure others will find it similar to books in the genre, though I tend to simply write the story.
Who or What inspired you to write this book?
The cover art image. Or potential one. :)
What else about your book might interest the reader?
Two hot guys...one strong woman...what more could a reader want? *smiles*
